Climate Change
Climate Change is the biggest challenge that Samoa is facing in this age and time. Samoa is particularly vulnerable to Climate Change as 70% of our population reside near the coast within Coastal Erosion, Flooding and Landslide Zones.

In accordance with 4.1 and 12 of the United Nations Framework for Combating Climate Change (UNFCCC), and in line with the guidelines on national communications for non-Annex I Parties submitted its initial and second National Communications (NC) to UNFCCC.
